We offer our customers a complete “turn-key” building solution including site preparation, design selection, home construction and mortgage financing. All of our home designs and construction prices are published clearly on our web site and reflect NO hidden fees. Price, quality and convenience, that’s the Lockridge difference.

For your convenience, we have developed a truly unique website where you can select your home, add your own personal options, review a total cost estimate and get a monthly payment quote based on current mortgage financing options. You may do this as many times as you like and save the results in your own personal “My Homes” account. For those customers who already have their own land, we can even include a “ballpark” estimate of your site work based on some preliminary information that you enter into your “My Land” account. For those who qualify, we offer a free preliminary site meeting with one of our site superintendents where a complete site analysis will be made. Lockridge will then prepare a “final price quote” for a complete “turn-key” construction package.

All of the above is offered to you absolutely free and without any obligation to Lockridge what so ever. There is no requirement to meet with any salesperson. Selecting, building and financing your dream home couldn’t be easier.
