Our Warranty
Lockridge Homes provides a 10-year Homeowner’s Warranty. This includes 10-year structural and 1-year workmanship coverage. For your convenience, Lockridge provides its customers with a 3rd party warranty administrator, ABS Warranty Services. With ABS, filing a warranty request is quick and easy with its convenient on-line request system.

What does the advertised Lockridge price include?
The price of the house includes everything from the footing to trim work. Check "Our Standard Features" for more details. The house will be "move in" ready. Lockridge does not include the price of the land or “Permits & Site Work” in the listed prices.

How long does it take Lockridge to build a home?
Our average build time from digging the footing to completing the walk thru for the customer is 3 to 5 months depending upon the size and complexity of your home.

Where are Lockridge model homes located and when are the models open?
For your convenience we have multiple models in various states available for personal tours. Contact a sales consultant to schedule a time to view the model convenient to you.

What options and upgrades does Lockridge offer?
All of our homes offer an array of options and upgrades. You can customize your home with our most popular options under the “Build My Home” tab on our site. Or contact a sales consultant to schedule an appointment to build your personal price quote.

Are there any hidden costs?
No, there are no hidden costs. All costs for transportation, drawing plans, etc. are included in the cost of the house. And for your convenience we can provide you with an estimate on your site work, which are in addition to the cost of the house. Under the “My Home” tab, fill out the brief questionnaire about your land we can generate an estimate of the site costs to prepare your land for building. Your Lockridge Homes representative will work with you every step of the way through the site preparation process.

How do I finance building my own home?
Our involvement in arranging your mortgage loan can be to whatever extent you desire. A Lockridge sales consultant can assist you in all your financing needs.
